About Carnival Jubilee
Carnival Jubilee launched in December 2023 as the third Excel-class ship, the largest ever to homeport in Galveston, Texas. At 183,521 gross tons, Jubilee features the BOLT roller coaster along with a new Texas-inspired zone called The Shores that celebrates the ship's homeport heritage.
The Shores zone is exclusive to Jubilee, featuring Shaquille O'Neal's Big Chicken restaurant, the Gulf Coast-inspired Landshark bar, and abundant outdoor seating with ocean views. The ship also introduces the first Carnival location of Master Chef at Sea restaurant, bringing Gordon Ramsay's TV competition to dining.
