  • When does my friend receive their gift?

    Your friend's $25 onboard credit is available right away when they create a new Zipsea account and book a cruise (minimum $1,000) — it'll automatically apply at checkout. No extra steps required! A simple gift to make their next cruise even better.

  • Why is my credit pending?

    Once your friend books a cruise with the gift you shared, your credit will show as "pending" while they get ready to set sail! After their final payment date has passed and they've paid in full, your $25 thank-you credit will be waiting in your Zipsea account — ready for your next adventure.

  • Can the same friend use my referral link more than once?

    At this moment, each friend that you refer can only receive your gift once. However, there is no limit to how many friends you can refer — so share your link far and wide!

  • Why can't I use all my credit on this booking?

    Some cruise lines cap how much onboard credit can be applied per trip. But don't worry — any unused credit received through referrals stays in your account and rolls over to future voyages!
