Rotterdam launched in 2021 as Holland America's flagship and third Pinnacle-class ship. At 99,500 gross tons, Rotterdam honors Holland America's heritage—being the seventh ship to bear this historic name—while offering the line's most innovative features.

The ship features the Music Walk entertainment area with Rolling Stone Rock Room, Lincoln Center Stage, and B.B. King's Blues Club. The World Stage venue hosts LED-enhanced entertainment and BBC Earth experiences on a massive screen.
